Cristiano Ronaldo Jr got his first call-up for the Portugal national team

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. has been spotted training with CR7 Mercurials

and Kylian Mbappe’s new signature boots after being called up to

Portugal's U15s.

Ronaldo Jr. has continued to follow in his father's

famous footsteps after being seen sporting CR7 Nike Mercurials while

training with Portugal. The 14-year-old, who recently received his

first call-up to the Under-15s, was also spotted wearing Real Madrid

superstar Kylian Mbappe's latest Nike boots.

Portugal U15s are set to compete in the Vlatko Markovic Tournament,

taking place in Croatia from May 13 to 18. They will face international

opposition, including Greece, Japan, and England. Ronaldo Jr, who plays

for Al-Nassr's youth setup, has previously played for teams his father

has represented, although he is now set for his first appearance on the

international stage. His father continues to feature for Portugal's senior

team at the age of 40 and holds the record for most international goals,

with 136 to his name.

The Portuguese star's son has previously been part of the youth academies

at Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester United. During his time at

Juventus he delivered a standout season, scoring an impressive 58 goals.

Ronaldo Jr is expected to make his debut in Portugal’s opening match

against Japan U15 on Tuesday, May 13. The team will then face Greece

U15 the following day. It is unclear whether Ronaldo Sr will be in

attendance, given Al-Nassr face two Saudi Pro League fixtures this week.
